• Upon the courier's arrival, inspect the exterior of the package before accepting it.
• If you notice signs of deformation, impact, or damage, refuse to accept the package immediately.
• Mandatorily request a damage report from the courier for the damaged package.
• Send us the report; we will resend the product at our expense without any further conditions. This is the only way we can replace an ordered item and resend it.
• Accepting the package without a damage report may limit the possibility of covering any damage found later.
