🎨 Due to different screens used, certain color shades or saturations may undergo minor changes.
🌿 Wafer ingredients:
- Potato starch
- Olive oil
- Water
🎨 Food coloring ingredients:
- Water, propylene glycol, glycerin, citric acid
- E133 (blue)
- E102 and E122 (yellow)
- E122 (red)
- E151, E110 and E104 (black)
📋 Application instructions:
- It is recommended to apply the wafer on smooth and as flat as possible surfaces.
- Instead of whipped cream, cover the cake (where the wafer will be placed) with sugar paste or chocolate glaze.
- Apply a thin layer of cold neutral gel on the surface of the cake/tart.
- Place the wafer carefully — the product is very fragile.
- Pour a thin layer of neutral gel over the wafer (the wafer must be caught between 2 layers of neutral gel). You can use a silicone brush.
✨ The gel protects the wafer, preserves colors and provides a glossy and beautiful appearance, softening the wafer just right.

- The gel should be kept in the refrigerator.
- Wafers should be stored in a cool place, away from sunlight (pantry, cupboard, larder) to prevent discoloration.
