Shipping and delivery information

Our sugar paste products are carefully handmade and professionally packaged to withstand transportation as best as possible. However, the fragile nature of these products makes them sensitive to improper handling. We do not assume responsibility for deformations or damages resulting from inadequate transportation carried out by the courier company.

Mandatory procedure upon receipt of the package: upon arrival of the courier, inspect the exterior of the package before taking it. If you notice signs of deformation, impact, or damage: refuse to take the package and request a damage report. Send us the report; we will resend the product at our expense, without further discussion. Please note: this is the only exception by which we can remake a custom product and resend it. If you accept the package without requesting a damage report, we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages found later.
