🌿 Wafer ingredients:

• Potato starch
• Olive oil
• Water

🎨 Food coloring ingredients:

• Water, propylene glycol, glycerin, citric acid
• E133 (blue), E102 and E122 (yellow), E122 (red), E151, E110 and E104 (black)

📋 Application instructions:

1. It is recommended to apply the wafer on smooth and as flat as possible surfaces.
2. Instead of whipped cream, cover the cake with sugar paste or chocolate glaze.
3. Apply a thin layer of cold neutral gel to the surface of the cake.
4. Place the wafer carefully — the product is very fragile.
5. Pour a thin layer of neutral gel over the wafer (sandwiched between 2 layers of neutral gel). Use a silicone brush.

✨ The gel protects the wafer, preserves the colors and gives a glossy and beautiful appearance.

❄️ Storage:

• The gel should be stored in the refrigerator.
• Wafers should be stored in a cool place, away from sunlight (pantry, cupboard, larder).
